Job Summary & Qualifications
Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life after illness or injury. Guided by our mission to care for and improve human life, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient’s unique goals and capabilities. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will evaluate needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands‑on treatment that supports recovery through every stage of healing.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs for patients in acute care, inpatient rehab, and/or outpatient settings.

Coordinate the treatment program with other clinical and therapeutic services.

Develop comprehensive goals for treatment to maximize patient outcomes.

Deliver care and modify the care plan in accordance with the patient’s needs.

Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues.

Qualifications

Minimum education required is a Bachelor’s Degree; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

State of Practice Occupational Therapy License.

BLS certification required upon hire.

New graduates from an accredited school may apply.
