Rehab LPN/LVN: Direct Patient Care & Rehab

Lifepoint Health® is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in Escondido, California. The LPN will administer medications, assist with patient assessments, and develop individualized teaching plans. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with a minimum of six months' acute care experience preferred.
