Demonstrate sensitivity to confidential matters, be familiar with medical terminology, and the ability to problem-solve.

Associate Degree in Business or Health related field.
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding preferred
Preferred Experience
1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.
1 to 2 years Customer service experience.
Ability to type 35 words per minute preferred.
Preferred Registration/License/Certification
Certification of Patient Accounts preferred
