Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services including assessment, intervention, program planning, documentation, and communication with a multidisciplinary team, patients, and families.
Responsibilities
Develop individualized care plans for patients.
Aide patients in regaining communication skills.
Monitor progress and collaborate with healthcare providers.
Participate in conferences and discharge planning.
Provide direct patient intervention, consultation, and staff education.
Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (Required).
At least two years of speech therapy experience preferred.
