Ten Broeck Center is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Monday‑Friday (11pm‑7am)

Benefits
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
Pay Range: $43.00-$47.50/hour
$5,000 loan toward home purchase (you can work it off)
401K with 50% employer match
On‑site childcare for ages 18 months to 5 years

Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
Review complaints and grievances filed by staff and report to the Director of Nursing as required.
Maintain adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, and equipment to meet resident needs, notifying personnel of shortages.
Assist in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident.
Create nursing/aide assignments as necessary.
Encourage staff to attend and participate in external training programs and schedule times appropriately.
Qualifications
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two (2) years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.
Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
Current CPR certification.
Must meet state licensure requirements and have no disciplinary actions against the professional license.
