Responsibilities

Sourcing of candidate resumes and applications.

Facilitating pre-testing and conducting interviews of candidates.

Conducting probationary/exit interviews to gather data to help MMC reach key performance objectives.

Maintaining the hospital database in an accurate and timely manner by reviewing hospital information to determine effect on positions and budgets, updating information to ensure accuracy of data and labor reports.

Participating in career fairs, open houses, job fairs and other activities.

Assisting with recruitment marketing requests and outside recruitment agencies.

Ensuring department compliance with Joint Commission and EEOC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years HR recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare unionized setting.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written English communication skills.
