Examine patients and assess their functional status.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly.
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience, preferably in inpatient settings.
Valid physical therapist license.
Ability and willingness to travel to the assignment location.
