We are currently seeking Physical Therapists to provide excellent care to our patients and help them regain their independence. As part of our team, you'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on quality of care and adherence to state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and functional mobility for patients.
Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers on skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and progress toward patient goals.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy)
Must be licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist.
