Overview

Medix is currently hiring a

Certified Pharmacy Technician

on behalf of one of our healthcare clients. This opportunity is within a closed-door, mail-order pharmacy environment supporting an innovative, technology-driven healthcare platform.
This is a full-time, onsite position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends required. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who thrive in a structured, team-oriented setting and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain prescription data in pharmacy systems (no third-party billing)
Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve operational or processing issues
Manage inventory, supplies, and organization within the pharmacy
Assist pharmacists with preparing and packaging prescriptions
Qualifications

Active and valid

Utah Pharmacy Technician License

(required)
1+ year of pharmacy technician experience (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong work ethic and reliability
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with pharmacy software systems (e.g., McKesson or similar)
PTCB Certification (preferred)
Structured weekday schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role may require sitting or standing for extended periods
