We are looking for a
Printed Circuit Board (PCA) Assembler
to support our SJE Rhombus brand. This role will work out of Detroit Lakes, MN.
Responsibilities
You will build surface‑mount circuit boards, prep parts for assembly, populate parts onto a board, and perform light mechanical assembly and basic soldering.
Qualifications
Independence and teamwork – the ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team.
Basic tools and computer skills – comfort with hand tools and basic computer applications relevant to the job.
Willingness to learn and grow – dedication to acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to produce high‑quality control panels.
We will provide the training and support needed to succeed in this role.
Benefits
Paid Time Off: up to 120 hours in the first year and 8 paid holidays.
Shift options: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 am – 11:00 am Friday; or 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 7:00 am – 12:00 pm Friday. Additional overtime as needed.
Starting wage: $18.25 per hour.
