Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Rock Hill, SC. What We’re Looking For
Licensed clinicians in South Carolina, actively licensed as LPC, LMFT, LISW‑CP, or licensed psychologist.
Willing to see 15–21 sessions per week.
Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples/children.
Clinicians who value autonomy and enjoy team collaboration.
Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong character: integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted license in South Carolina.
Must live in the state where services are provided.
Compensation
Up to $51,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
What We Provide
Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay.
Paid orientation and annual pay increases.
PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days per week).
No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing.
Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
CEU reimbursement and free in‑house training.
Opportunities for paid resident supervisory roles.
