Pathways
STNA PATH (1‑3 days)
$18/hour. Applicants with an active or expired state license. Steps: Apply with license number, phone talk, short online questionnaire, sign paperwork, online orientation, fingerprinting.
HHA CERTIFICATE PATH (5‑8 days)
$16‑18/hour based on interview. Requires 30+ hour HHA certificate signed by RN. Steps: Apply and send certificate, phone talk, questionnaire, take HHA test at office, sign paperwork, orientation, fingerprinting.
EXPERIENCE PATH (5‑8 days after verification)
$16‑18/hour based on interview. At least 1 year at a licensed facility supervised by RN or LPN. Steps: Apply with employer details, verification call, phone talk, questionnaire, take HHA test, sign paperwork, orientation, fingerprinting.
FREE TRAINING PATH (1‑2 weeks)
$16/hour. No experience required. Provides 32‑hour online HHA training from home. Steps: Apply, phone talk, questionnaire, complete training, take test, sign paperwork, orientation, fingerprinting.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship.
Help clients move around safely; keep on feet most day.
Provide non‑medical support only; medication and medical tasks are nurse duties.
Work Hours & Pay
Typical schedule 6AM–8PM, 20+ hours/week.
Wage paid every 2 weeks via direct deposit, W‑2 job.
Drive time between clients paid; start or end drive not paid.
10% extra on holidays.
Raises: 0.5/hour after 90 days, 0.5 after 1 year, 1.0 after 2 years – cumulative.
Bonuses: $100 after 30 days perfect attendance, $300 referral bonus, $75‑1500 private client referral bonus.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Personal vehicle with insurance for work use.
Background check clearance.
Minimum 18 years old, legal right to work U.S.
Commit to 20+ hours per week, availability 6AM–8PM.
