Daily Pay available for select positions
Flexible schedule – full‑time and part‑time available
Direct deposit
Health insurance coverage through The SEIU Healthcare Illinois Home Care and Child Care Fund, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits.
Eligible to enroll in employer‑sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (age 21).
Accrued paid time off (up to 75 hours per year based on tenure).
Paid holidays for employees who have worked at least 1 year and work 30 hours per week.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist with personal care
Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
Transport client to appointments and daily errands
Caregiver Qualifications
Able to pass a criminal background check
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Reliable transportation
Reliable, energetic, self‑motivated and well‑organized
Two references (one professional, one personal)
