Certified Medication Aide – Weekend Shifts
The certified medication aide will work weekend shifts at a Great Place To Work with 7 years in a row, coordinating medication administration for residents and assisting them with daily activities.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
Administer medication for all assigned residents
Assist with daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as neededDocument completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
Confidentially communicate clearly to other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and concerns to the Health Care Director
Demonstrate ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
Bonus Opportunities
Perfect attendance bonus – $75 for full‑time ($1,950 annual maximum) and $35 for part‑time ($910 annual maximum)
Shift differential – $1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment

Employee of the month/year
Resident tour (move‑in)
Requirements
Certification to pass medications (CMA) as required by state regulations
