Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Caregiver in the Monaca, PA area.

Position Summary
The Direct Care Companion provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
This full‑time position (40 hrs/week) works a schedule of overnights 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts.
Position Requirements
18 years of age or older
Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
Ability to obtain ACT‑33/34 and FBI clearances
Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Nurses Aide, or Direct Support Professional is helpful, but not required.
