Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications :
The candidate must have completed Matriculation or its equivalent.
A Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university or institute, with a minimum of 50% marks.
Registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Pharmacy Council.
Experience :
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist is mandatory.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Public Sector Banks (PSBs), Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Government Organizations.
Additional Skills :
Basic working knowledge of computer operations.
Job Details
Duty Hours: 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Remuneration: ₹400 per hour (fixed)

Bring original documents and two sets of photocopies of all relevant certificates, including academic and professional qualifications, age proof, and any experience certificates.
Selection Procedure
Interview: Evaluation based on overall educational qualifications, distance from RBI Staff Quarters, and experience with PSBs/PSUs/Government Organizations.
Medical Examination & Document Verification: Required for empanelment.
Empanelment and Engagement: Purely on a need basis; not a guarantee of day-to-day engagement. Empanelment valid for 240 days from the date of approval by the Competent Authority. Engagement subject to terms and conditions as per Annex-I and the code of conduct as per Annex-II.
Terms and Conditions of Empanelment (Annex-I)
Nature of Engagement: Empanelment does not confer regular employment rights.
Remuneration: ₹400 per hour; no additional pay, allowances, or benefits.
Bank Discretion: RBI may discontinue engagement at any time with short notice.
Obligation to Obey Orders: Engaged pharmacists must comply with orders from RBI staff under whom they are placed.
Record Maintenance: Maintain stock records and update computerized dispensary packages; ensure accurate medicine usage accounting.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding the Bank’s affairs.
Termination: RBI may terminate the contract for non-compliance, inefficiency, or misconduct.

No union membership or strikes
Publication restrictions on Bank information without approval
