Patient Experience Advocate & Liaison

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Patient Advocate to build trusting relationships with patients and families and manage compliments and complaints. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare teams. Applicants should hold a High School diploma and ideally have 3 years of experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The estimated pay range for this position is $18.87 - $22.83 per hour depending on experience.
