We're seeking
an experienced Veterinary Assistant or Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)

What You’ll Do
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you’ll be an essential part of patient care from start to finish:
Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatments
Safely and confidently restrain dogs and cats during procedures
Collect patient histories and obtain accurate vitals (TPR, weight, etc.)
Perform blood draws and support in‑house laboratory diagnostics
Prepare patients for surgery and assist with anesthesia monitoring and recovery
Support wellness and preventive care services, including vaccines and client education
Educate clients on medications, post‑operative care, nutrition, and overall pet health
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment
Support pharmacy, inventory, and daily hospital operations

Previous Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician experience required
Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) strongly preferred (South Carolina licensure)
Strong animal handling and restraint skills (dogs & cats)
Experience with phlebotomy, laboratory processes, and anesthesia support
Excellent communication and client education skills
A positive, team‑first attitude with a strong work ethic
