What the job looks like
Visits range from 8 to 12 hours, days or awake overnights. You will work with clients across Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods, primarily in senior living communities and private homes. You will build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.
Who does well here
You have a personal reason you do this work. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team. You are dependable, flexible about scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most. You will be proud of the caregivers you work alongside.
What we need from you
CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional caregiving experience. Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights. Weekend availability of at least one day per week. Reliable personal transportation. Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
