Job Summary
We are looking for a Hospital LPN Med surg, who’ll work side-by-side with a compassionate, highly skilled physician team, providing continuity of care and building real relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments and collect clinical data
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Administer medications and IV therapy
Implement physician orders and care plans
Educate patients and families
Assist with discharge planning
Document care accurately and timely
Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
Experience/Qualifications
Active LPN/LVN license
BLS certification
NIHSS certification
IV Certification
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience
Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility
Submissions missing any required credentials will be rejected.
