Licensed Occupational Therapist with a California license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
Potentially supervise OT assistants
