Responsibilities
Assist residents with ADLs and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
Assist with meals
Follow infection control and center policies
Measure and record heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
Report changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
Qualifications
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification by the state required
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience preferred, not required
