TerraBella Senior Living is a leading senior living organization offering a range of care options including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short‑term Respite. The role provides hands‑on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, home‑like environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
Position Requirements
Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
High School diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age.
Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co‑workers.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
