At Thermal Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the job correctly, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a company that values quality over shortcuts.

We are a growing residential HVAC company focused on honest recommendations, quality craftsmanship, and taking care of both our customers and our team. We are not a high-pressure sales company. We want technicians who can diagnose and repair systems correctly, explain issues clearly, and build trust with homeowners.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and wants the opportunity to grow into a senior technician or leadership role over time.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Perform service calls, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners

Complete accurate notes, photos, and invoices using Housecall Pro

Identify airflow, ductwork, and system performance issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle

Work closely with the office and install team to provide a great customer experience

Follow company standards and perform work safely and correctly

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability

Experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning, and electrical diagnostics

EPA Certification

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
