Role Description
Childrens Footwear Line Builder - Esquire Brands is seeking an experienced Children’s Footwear Line Builder to join our team. This role is responsible for developing commercially viable, trend-right footwear lines across multiple licensed brands, ensuring alignment with brand DNA, target consumer, and margin expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Build seasonal footwear lines from concept through commercialization
Develop product assortments across toddler to big kid size ranges
Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams
Manage CAD updates and ensure accurate spec sheet execution
Partner with overseas factories in China and Vietnam
Maintain cost targets and margin goals
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear line building
Strong background in children’s footwear preferred
Experience working with licensed brands
Knowledge of materials, construction, and costing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Schedule
In-office Monday through Thursday (New York)
Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 annually + benefits
