Veteran Automotive Technician Apprentice (GI Bill)

The KIA Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) in Kingsport, TN, is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience who want to become Automotive Service Technicians. This program offers full-time employment and a one-year, competency-based apprenticeship leading to Kia Service Technician certification, with hands-on training alongside experienced professionals. Eligible Veterans may also receive a Monthly Housing Allowance through the GI Bill® during their training.
