Industrial Sewing Machine Job Description
No experience necessary; all training is provided! We typically prefer you to have little to no sewing experience so we can more easily teach you our tips and tricks designed for maximum efficiency.
Starting wage of $19.25 an hour with the opportunity for a $2 raise upon completion of the 90‑day training period.
Day shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, typically a 40‑hour week.
Monday‑Friday only, no weekends ever.
Six paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
Additional ten days of paid vacation/sick leave.
Simple IRA plan with 3% company matching available after a year of employment.
Our family‑owned manufacturing facility provides a positive, temperature‑controlled, clean work environment.
Due to our small size (less than 15 full‑time employees), we do NOT offer health insurance.
