About You
Must know basic hand tools.
Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
Hard-working and goal-oriented.
Reliable and always on time.
Valid driver's license desired.
Ability to multi-task.
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs of product repetitively.
Previous construction experience a plus.
Previous experience with working on epoxy, concrete or flooring crew a plus.
Primary Objective
Our construction laborers support the install epoxy, gypsum and concrete based products.
Grind and prep concrete (walk-behind grinders, vac systems, shot blasters)
Install epoxy, urethane, and resinous coating systems
Place and finish gypcrete underlayments
Polish concrete (densifiers, dyes, sealers up to high grit finishes)
Perform crack repair, joint filling, and moisture mitigation
Work with a crew to complete commercial and industrial flooring projects
Maintain clean, safe, professional job sites
