What you’ll do
Set up and operate 2‑axis CNC horizontal and VTL lathes to exacting tolerances.
Set up and run 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis CNC mills as required by the build plan.
Use manual machine tools to complement CNC operations.
Stage and move materials to keep schedules on track.
Assess and requisition tooling and supplies to meet part and process requirements.
What it takes to excel
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least four years of machine‑tool setup and operation in an ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environment, working from complex documentation and verbal/written instruction.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Growth, schedule, and rewards
Choose day or night shift to fit your life. Night shift receives a 15% differential added to base pay.
Compensation: $35.00–$45.00 per hour. The stated range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base + bonus for this role. Final pay is based on relevant education, training, and experience and may fall outside the range depending on circumstances.

To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C.
