Machine Operator (3rd Shift Opening) - Entry-Level Or Experienced
— Charlton, MA. Salary: $23.00 - $26.45 per hour (based on experience), includes a 15% differential for 3rd shift schedule.
3rd Shift Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4–6 weeks.
We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our team. Stable work history is required. The role is open to both entry-level candidates who want to learn and experienced operators seeking a steady, full-time schedule. We’re looking for reliable team members who take pride in consistent attendance, attention to detail, and producing quality work.

What You’ll Do

Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Experienced machine operators with prior manufacturing experience.

Work Environment
Manufacturing setting requiring standing, lifting, and use of safety equipment.
