What You’ll Do
Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence‑based and creative interventions
Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full‑time status
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
Contribute to the supportive, fun, and inclusive culture that makes Ellie special
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfort working with diverse populations
Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
