Role Description
This part‑time role is for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare teams in Springfield, IL. As an on‑site nurse, responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, organizing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing education to patients and families. The role also requires adherence to healthcare policies, patient safety, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, medication administration, and care management
Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare guidelines, and documentation protocols
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in a clinical setting or healthcare facility
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience in long‑term care, acute care, or specialized nursing is a plus
