Job Title : Construction System Owner Mechanical HVAC
Initial 12 month W2 contract with extension dependent on performance

We are supporting a major capital project and are looking for an experienced Construction System Owner focused on Mechanical and HVAC systems.
This is a field based role where you will oversee mechanical scope during construction, ensuring installations meet design, quality and GMP requirements while supporting system readiness and handover.
Key responsibilities
Verify mechanical and HVAC installations align with drawings, specs and approved submittals
Identify and elevate risks, deviations and installation issues
Support mechanical completion walkdowns, inspections and handover
Review contractor documentation including RFIs & test packs
Monitor installation progress and support schedule adherence
Coordinate across disciplines to resolve interface issues
Verify piping systems, HVAC equipment and high purity systems are installed to GMP standards
Requirements
10+ years mechanical and HVAC experience on large scale GMP or pharma projects
Strong knowledge of piping systems, HVAC equipment and mechanical installations
Experience with cleanroom environments and high purity systems
Familiar with mechanical codes, standards and GMP expectations
Comfortable working fully on site and driving field execution
