Production Supervisor, food manufacturing

We are seeking two Production Supervisors – one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift – in Vernon and Monroe Counties, Wisconsin. These are well-established food manufacturing operations that have been producing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 30 years.

What You’ll Own
Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Maintenance, QA, and other shift leaders
Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
Promote and maintain a strong safety‑first culture
Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive resolution in real time
Communicate shift performance metrics, planning needs, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead teams and hold accountability
Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety compliance
Experience working with production data and reporting systems
Mechanically inclined and capable of operating production equipment
Motivated, solutions‑driven, and a clear communicator
