Local multi-family property owner is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Full -Time Property Leasing Coordinator. We are looking for an energetic person with an outgoing attitude and strong organizational/communication skills who can balance great customer service with strong follow-through. What You'll Do
Greet residents and handle incoming calls
Post payments and manage resident accounts
Handle rent collections and follow-up
Assist with leases, move‑ins, and office tasks
Support marketing and lead tracking
What We're Looking For
Friendly but firm communicator
Comfortable discussing money and holding expectations
Highly organized, reliable, detail‑oriented, and disciplined
Prior office or collections experience preferred
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to follow directions well
Computer skills, including Microsoft products
Bending, kneeling, stretching, squatting, walking, and lifting up to fifteen (15) pounds, and lifting over fifteen (15) pounds occasionally
Qualities/Attributes
Highly organized
Firm, but respectful in all forms of communication
High accountability and follow-through/follow-up
Comfortable with difficult conversations
Thick‑skinned, but compassionate and empathetic
Ability to remain calm in highly emotional or confrontational situations
Results‑driven. This position will be responsible for the entire collections program
Optimal Qualities/Attributes
Bi‑Lingual
Prior experience in a collections role in a residential or MH setting
Familiar with Michigan legal process and eviction process
Medical benefits available.
