Position Summary
Full‑time Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) working a 7 a.m.–7 p.m. schedule with three 12‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday. One 8‑hour Saturday shift per month. Includes full benefits package and discretionary quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities
The inpatient RN holds a safety‑sensitive position and delivers personalized, comprehensive care to patients using the nursing process, therapeutic use of self, innovative technology, and collaboration among patients, families, and health‑care professionals. Responsible for providing leadership to non‑licensed staff—prescribing, delegating, and coordinating medical‑surgical nursing care for optimum patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Current Oklahoma or multi‑state RN license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ACLS certification within 60 days of hire; OSH offers ACLS classes.
No prior experience required.
Knowledgeable and demonstrably competent in current nursing practices applicable to the unit/age group.
