Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time & Part Time, Day Shift (12 hours)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join The BridgeWay clinical team, providing direct patient care in a 12‑hour day shift. The RN will assess patients, manage medications, maintain accurate documentation, and support the therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

Manage medication administration and monitor patient responses.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation.

Create and uphold a safe and therapeutic milieu.

Lead team activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.

Intervene in crises and provide health education to patients and families.

Qualifications

Current, active nursing license in the State of Arkansas.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Handle with Care certification (on‑site training available).

Preferred: at least one year’s experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients 5‑65 years old.
