Role Summary
Are you a compassionate healthcare professional dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through movement and rehabilitation? We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals.
We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide hands‑on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Stay current with the latest evidence‑based practices and treatment techniques
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
Team‑oriented approach to patient care
Experienced and new graduates encouraged to apply!
