HVAC Installer – G & R Heating and Air, Rutland, IL
We are seeking a full‑time HVAC installer with experience and competency in installing furnaces and air conditioners. Boiler installation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Work Arrangements
Hourly pay based on experience (between $22–32 per hour); company van and gas card provided.
Subcontractor – consistent work for $200 per piece of equipment; use your own van.
Overflow subcontractor – $400 per piece of equipment; hired only for overflow work; use your own van.

We provide HVAC and roofing repair and installation services in the northwest suburbs of Illinois, the southwest coast of Florida, and the Phoenix area of Arizona.
