As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Plumbing Journeyman to join our team in the Indianapolis area. This is a full-time, field-based position working Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime based on service needs. The Service Plumber role offers an opportunity to work independently in the field while supporting a high-performing service team focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex commercial plumbing systems. You will help ensure reliable system performance through preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and consistent communication with customers and internal teams. Your work will directly support service quality, system reliability, and overall client satisfaction.

Commercial Plumbing System Diagnostics & Repair
Preventative Maintenance & System Inspections
Lift Station & Sewage System Service
Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation
Customer Communication & Service Documentation
Other assigned duties
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of commercial plumbing experience and hold a Backflow Certification. Hands-on experience with drain cleaning and camera inspections, lift stations, domestic booster pumps, and water heaters is required. Candidates should be able to work independently, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with customers, project managers, and team members. Preferred qualifications include a Journeyman Plumbing License (Indiana or reciprocal) and prior experience in service-based commercial plumbing environments. The ideal candidate is dependable and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in the field.
