Available Shifts

Evenings: 3 pm - 11 pm ($3.00 shift differential)

Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Shift Differential Pay

Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift

Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full‑time only)

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN)

Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing

Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards

Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

Assigns nursing care to team members according to the resident’s needs and team capabilities

Administers medications

Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residentsDocuments treatments as required

Ensures supplies are utilized economically, and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN)

Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing

One year of nursing experience is preferred

Valid RN license

Valid CPR certification

Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication

Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

Effective communication with residents and family members, and all levels of the organization

Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
