
Commercial Service Technician V

The Commercial Service Technician V uses advanced knowledge and experience to monitor and complete complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Trains and mentors less experienced employees. Works independently with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
Execute routine service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and minor repairs, according to work orders.
Inspect equipment and systems for defects, wear, and proper functioning, reporting issues promptly.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems.
Replace worn or damaged components and ensure proper installation for reliable operation.
Document service activities and parts used for accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure efficiency and safety.
Follow strict safety protocols and use protective gear during all service tasks.
Assist in system upgrades and installations under the guidance of senior technicians.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Respond to urgent service requests and provide on-site assistance to minimize downtime.
Minimum Experience: 8+ years
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
