Overview

Baystate Dental of Springfield is hiring a Full-time Dental Hygienist to work with our amazing team in our state-of-the-art facility located in Greenfield, MA. We are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health.
Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). These tools help us deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our hygienists have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality work they can take pride in.
Location & Schedule

Address: 1795 Main St STE 212, Springfield, MA 01103. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Local Anesthesia certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
