RN Unit Manager
St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee an assigned floor and lead day‑to‑day nursing operations. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is a great fit for an RN who enjoys leading a team, staying close to the floor, and making sure residents receive strong, consistent care.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical operations on an assigned unit
Lead, support, and supervise nursing staff
Help ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance requirements are followed
Work closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team
Support quality care, accountability, and strong day‑to‑day floor operations
Requirements
Active RN license
Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience
Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
