Overview
Interim Leader of CVOR – Start Date: ASAP. Pay Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. Interim Leader of CVOR Needed in Madison!
Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and operational oversight for cardiovascular surgical services.
Report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Assess current operations, mentor a developing director, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols while managing change initiatives across the department.
Lead with strong CVOR leadership experience, mentor emerging leaders, and implement change in complex environments. Maintain organizational, patient-focused approach and adapt to changing needs. Communicate effectively.
Start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Qualifications
BNS required.
Active RN license required.
Previous CVOR leadership experience with demonstrated success in cardiovascular services and change management.
