
Electrician Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage the daily and long-term maintenance of the building's electrical infrastructure and systems.
Diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative and corrective/reactive maintenance, and use condition monitoring techniques to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Work with a variety of systems, including electrical infrastructure, security systems, telecommunications, fire alarms, HVAC equipment, and Central Utility Plant (CUP) systems such as boilers and chillers.
Participate in facilities maintenance including plumbing and general upkeep of site equipment.
Lead projects to improve equipment capabilities and ensure systems support site operations and customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction and maintenance in an industrial/commercial environment.
Advanced electrical knowledge in a facilities environment; proficiency in predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and Reliability Centered Maintenance practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
Experience with commercial/industrial electrical construction, installations, maintenance/repairs, troubleshooting, service, and operations.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, drills, and multimeters.
Flexibility to work multiple shifts or schedules as needed.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.
Security Clearance
This position requires a government DoD clearance at the Secret level. U.S. citizenship is required.
