Position Overview
The Charge Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates nursing care delivery and provides leadership in collaboration with medical, ancillary, and support staff. The Charge Nurse serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff.
Qualifications
RN license in the state you are applying
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification (required after 90 days and day 1 for Charge Nurses in High Obs and ICU)
Experience
One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in emergency or critical care environments
Comfort with ventilators, tracheostomy, PICC lines, etc.
At least 2 years of direct patient care experience
