Responsibilities
Perform complete patient assessment.
Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources.
Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results; perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Maintain plan of care.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (upon hire).
Registered Nurse (AR) upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR within 30 days.
