Role Description
As a Senior Denials Prevention Process Improvement Advisor, you will play a key role in analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to reduce claim denials and improve overall revenue cycle efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating denial trends, creating actionable improvement plans, collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices, and monitoring metrics to ensure sustained progress. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cypress, TX, requiring strong problem-solving capabilities and industry expertise.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and data analysis.
Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, including denial management, claims processing, and payer regulations.
Proficiency in workflow design, implementing process changes, and measuring results.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience using key technology tools and software systems for revenue cycle monitoring and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
