Job Description
We are a high-volume dealership on a mission to grow! We are positioned for a record breaking performance and we’re searching for an elite Finance Manager to help us get there.

What We’re Looking For
We need a Finance Manager who can consistently:
Run $2,500+ per copy
Keep CIT under 12 days
Maintain excellent CSI
Operate at a high level of compliance and customer satisfaction
Work closely with sales management to structure deals that move the needle
You must have
Experience with Dealertrack
Strong E-Contracting proficiency
Proven ability to perform in a high-volume environment
Deep understanding of subprime, lender programs and menu selling
Ability to lead, mentor, and drive results
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell F&I products in full compliance
Ensure funding speed is optimized (CIT under 12 days)
Maximize profit per deal while delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Accurately complete and submit all contracts, paperwork, and E-Contracts
Collaborate with desk managers to ensure deals are structured effectively
Protect the dealership through compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
Benefits
